The five-hectare site consists of art exhibition buildings, an open theater, an indoor theater, a Balinese history library, and Hindu’s Temple. The monument is located in Niti Mandala Renon, in front of the Bali Governor's Office in Renon, Denpasar. The monument has rectangular shape, with balinese architecture. This monument is known as "Bajra Sandhi" because its shape resembles a bajra or bell
